Doctor Who showrunner Russell T Davies wanted to do a Star Trek/Doctor Who crossover on TV, but the cancellation of Enterprise put an end to the idea. RTD did briefly consider using his story idea in the show as something similar to but legally distinct from Star Trek, IE, the Doctor arrives on...
Still not convinced it will happen.
This remake has been on the table far longer than 2021 as stated, they started planning after the source was released.

Too soon for another "Star" title, though at least the titles aren't displayed.
The guys are moping outside Arnold's because their church league team got creamed. When Richie sees members of the...
Fair enough. I wasn't aware of its ratings I just took the optics of its cancellation and removal from two services as not a success story but I did wonder if the Nickelodeon side would be a problem factor.
Maybe they were already assuming the cancellation was a given, so they had already mentally checked out, like that last week of school before Summer vacation.
They would have needed to change the title sequence every week, like Mission: Impossible.

I think Enterprise's choice to follow up on Trials and Tribble-ations would've felt better justified to people if they'd had a season 5 and were able to feature the TOS Klingons more prominently. The cancellation meant that didn't have the opportunity to do anything with them after setting them up.

Gilroy's burnt out on Star Wars so he wouldn't be involved. Without him a new Star Wars spy show probably would be just multiple episodes of the Section 31 movie which I was fine with but which was so unpopular that I doubt it'd last long (keep in mind the Acolyte got cancelled and it wasn't...
Bummer that it’s ending right there.
:sigh:
That’s two recent cancellations on Peacock that ended on cliffhangers (Based on a True Story).
Very frustrating when that happens…
Yes, that's what I should have clarified. I KNEW the X-Files creators made the show so I could see the whole "Conspiracies everywhere" atmosphere.
Sure, but their reaction wasn't to show up and explain things more properly or see if there was a misunderstanding...it was to destroy the colonies...
Not surprising there is some influence of THE X-FILES in SPACE: ABOVE AND BEYOND... it was created by Glen Morgan and James Wong (and they were the head writers), who wrote a lot of season 1 and 2 episodes of THE X-FILES. (They returned to it for season 4 after their show was canceled. It's...
