Anyone know why all the UK retailers have the print copy of the new Discovery novel as July 6th? E.g. https://forbiddenplanet.com/catalog/?q=Star%20Trek%20discovery%20somewhere%20&page=1 The ebook is still May 30th but I find it more relaxing to read novels in print version.

Oh I forgot about The Captain’s Daughter. That was a fun one.

It felt like a fun 250 page novel drawn out to be a 400 page novel. A bit of a slog. Just my opinion.

I would really recommend Second Self if you are missing the old timeline. It doesn’t follow the litverse continuity,but it is a Cardassian focused novel that is a spiritual conclusion to Una McCormack’s other novels. Staying as vague as possible but it was really good.

Cantwell’s Doctor Doom maxi series was superb though
