I figured I'd give a quick update! I messaged Cawley last night and he got back to me this morning. He said he has one of Theiss' original insignias on display but that he'd have to measure it. Unfortunately he hasn't sent anything else yet, but I'm feeling pretty optimistic!

@JonnyQuest037 I just would have assumed he mainly talks shop or business matters, but it can't hurt to shoot a message. I'll look him up, thanks for the advice.

@Maurice Here are the images I used for reference - If the measurements are correct, the Starbase Personnel insignia should be about 2.2 or 2.3 inches.
