I see that Central City was once said to be analogous to Athens, Ohio. That's kind of "central" enough. If it was near Toledo or Detroit, maybe. But remember, we didn't actually see a large body of water that looked like a great lake or an ocean. There was always a land mass across the water...

Central City is supposed to be around Kansas/Missouri, in the center of the U.S., hence the name. I was about to say that they used the right shots to conceal the Pacific Ocean but I have to remember that Vancouver isn't right on the ocean.

I liked how they put a large body of water in and around Central City but made sure we saw that it wasn't an ocean.

That was quite a turn at the end. Next week should be pretty entertaining.
