I hope the show will be also about the professors and teachers of the Academy. This would bring some balance to the youth side of the drama.

Makes sense to set this to the 32nd century so they can reuse at least some of the sets, costumes and props from Discovery. As for the premise itself..I am not super excited but it is not without potential either.

I do not think that the legacy of Star Trek currently needs any rescuing :) The franchise is doing well with several shows currently in production..and more to come in the future.

I must say that part of me wishes that the producers would have casted David Duchovny to play that FBI agent.. but I guess that would have been bit too much :D
