Appreciated your post, Utopianvista! I liked Pulaski as well, a rare and refreshing female Trek character.

Love all things Trek, but Voyager will always be special for me. The writing drives me bonkers sometimes; despite that, it's great to have a female captain.

I enjoyed the CP episodes as well, especially Chaotica. Fair Haven was pretty tolerable. And I'm embarassingly confirming my 19th-century lit. nerd status by mentioning this, but...Janeway's holodeck novel actually resembled Bronte's 'Jane Eyre', it wasn't really Austen-ish. Sorry, couldn't...
