It wasn't a movie for me. I watched it with the family, my ten year old nephew liked it, my nieces not so much.
The beginning reminded me of Spaceballs and it was very long. Very very long. A major disappointment was that they went into a total different direction but not a good one. After...
It's not that I wanted to turn "Supergirl" into "The Sarah Douglas Show" but if she had only one day available they should have offered another role in the fourth season, so she can schedule accordingly. ;)
And don't say "maybe she didn't want to do more", please. I will continue to watch The...
I'm very happy with season 3 so far. I don't know the comics, so the mystery around Reign and her two friends is interesting to me and it's different enough to what we've seen before.
Two things from the last episodes that I didn't appreciate: 1. How can they bring Sarah Douglas to the show and...
Lol, yes. Well... it was late.
As for Insurrection: No, I don't hate that one. The music is beautiful. I like the main theme. As for the rest: It's pretty forgettable.
But I love the redlettermedia review, esp. when Plinkett pointed out that the planet people all wear brown and beige and beige...
I don't care for the movie because of the Argomobile, which was just silly and terrible.
Also the dialoge is terrible. The conversation between Picard and Shinzon seemed to come from cheesy 70s songs.
And it was a copy of Star Trek II.
Some of those I have to watch for the first time first. :D Though I have never been a fan or Marvel. I like the new movies but Marvel was always a bit too silly (l know, DC might be silly too).
I can always rewatch the cw DC shows but not the movies. This "dark and gritty" thing is just...
Was Ralph Dibney on the bus and got his powers in the third season or did he get them in the first season with most of the metahumans? The fake Dr. Wells lists up a number of people in 1x07 and Dibney is one of them. Maybe it was Ralf Dibney, since I thought Ralph was on the bus.
Isn't that the other way around? Most people know about historical figures but would not be able to say from which century they were. Like Jeanne D'Arc or Charlesmagne. If Superheroes don't become stale because they are so many of them, Supergirl should/could be remembered or become a story of...
