They're the Star Trek Online uniforms, which is set just after 2400. The series starts in 2399, we've seen All Good Things commbadges and now early versions of the games uniform design, it has nothing to do with the Kelvin universe.

It's a follow up to TNG, with references to the Hobus event from the Prime universe side, and the Starfleet logo on some of the shots looks like they're subtley adding DSC details to things. There's no connection to the Kelvin universe.

Except all the windows right on the top are centered correctly, when you see the bridge from the outside. Picards window is directly port facing.

Or how the warp streaks go backwards from Picards window, despite it facing the port side, so they should be going sideways...
