"Dominion" was slightly disappointing, in that the prior episode got me so excited for all TNG characters being back on the board, and then in this ep we are again missing Worf, Troi, and (real) Riker. So I'll save "Disengage" for not having that letdown aspect and make "Dominion" the winner...

Saving "No Win Scenario". Shaw's Wolf 359 survival story was damn good acting by Todd Stashwick. Haunting and excellent. Plus, the nebula actually giving birth was such a STAR TREK thing. It was fantastic. Another directing win for Frakes. "Disengage" "Dominion" "Võx"

Odo did promise reforms, and indeed in Picard S3 we learn that Vadic and her followers left the Dominion in protest of those reforms. Therefore, it's not impossible that in 800 years those reforms have made it so the Jem'Hadar can reproduce naturally, or that the Jem'Hadar might get frisky with...

The founders only offered concessions to "the solids" because they were beaten during the Dominion war. It would be believable that they would splice a klingon/Jem hadar hybrid if the Dominion had become allies with the Federation and Klingon empire since that time. But they were generally not...
