Really enjoyed the finale for Redshirts. I'm thinking of buying it when it comes out as a trade. I was iffy for most of the series, but it had a great ending and is one of the best Trek stories I've read in a while. I did have some quibbles with the finale issue though.

I would love to see more flashbacks, or even an episode set on April's Enterprise, but I get that with limited episodes per season there is not much time for that. If they did that, then they would have to forgo a Kirk or Spock comedy episode. Hopefully we'll get a "Cage"-era flashback episode...
