It took the better part of 20 years for a comprehensive book on the cancelled Phase Two series to hit shelves, so yeah, since LD isn't exactly a James Cameron blockbuster of a Star Trek series it's not going to get some fast-tracked release date. The audience for such a book is limited.

What I described is about 15 years worth of selectively reading many, many, many comic books. Unless this Wonderman TV show is set in the 90s, it has no connection with the Scarlet Witch storyline spinning out of Dr Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, which is very sad to me.
