      I need your opinion about Kira and where she best fits into my puzzle. I wasn't a fan of DS9 and she is so complex that I'm clueless.

      I'm gonna start another thread about this as soon as you get me started and I figure out the right title.

        I'm not really an expert on Kira, and I generally like all the characters and the shows. Sometimes I take a" confrontational" stance because people will often condemn or criticize some characters or shows while ignoring the exact same qualities in characters or shows that they favor.

      Since you're an expert on Kira, where do you think she would best fit on the crew of Voyager? I tried to watch DS9 like 5 times and couldn't, so I'm clueless

        I'm just not a T'Pol fan. T'Pol at OPS as Second Officer just doesn't feel right. She's old and wise and experienced, but has a real flaky streak

        See, traitor aside, my only other OPS nominee is Seska.

        Now about Troi. I catch heat for this, but she's so experienced in general. Wise. Great communicator to the crew as Janeway's mouthpiece.

        If Janeway goes down, I want Seven to back up Troi. I really think Troi would create good chemistry for them. Plus, if Janeway does go down, you seriously need Seven to get you home and out of a jam.
