I carry deep remorse for people I've hurt in the past. Sometimes the pain of that separation, that disconnection from others stings so piercingly that I wish my heart would stop beating. But that would defeat the purpose of a heart that wishes to feel and share only love. And always did. I have not always lived a fearless life, to my shame and dishonor. That is a skillset I envy in others, but know I have the capacity to manifest should I consciously choose. To stay on that course is difficult, but not impossible.

If I could go back and do things differently I would. And I have. Much work remains. Life is not linear. That is such a freeing revelation!
