Welcome THUGs new and old to the new Trip/Michael/Connor worship thread. We'll start off with a million

Connor's agent needs to get him on "Heroes: Origins." Seems like every actor in LA with a fanboy following is getting a shot on "Heroes." Hell, Dominic Keating is gonna be on the show for God's sake!

Mr. Trinneer, tell your agent to get off his ass and get you a meeting with Tim Kring! ASAP!! And while you're at it take Jolene with you!!!!

I asked her once if he inquired, and she said thankfully no. :lol:

The history as it has been explained to me is that someone on the board -- sorry, can't recall who, hope someone else remembers -- said she would be terrified to be assimilated into the Borg Collective.
The THUG Collective was created to give her a collective that she wouldn't be afraid to join.

Heroes: Origins is a contest to see which new hero is popular enough to be catapaulted to the main series. If Connor were on it, the other characters wouldn't have a chance. ;)

I'd like to see him on the regular Heroes show as a villain. He does such a good job as Michael, but let's face it, SG:A rarely gives actors very interesting material. He needs to be on a more ambitiously-written show.
 
I hope Connor can get some more tv and movie roles.I wonder when the sci-fi channel will The Kindred.I really think it would be great to see him in more Atlantis episodes.

"Heroes" and its spin-off is THE show to be on and playing an anti-hero would be something different- not a total do-gooder like Peter but not a psychopath like Syler, someone in between, a "Heroes" version of Black Adam or Hyperion.

An excellent non-genre series is AMC's "Mad Men." Its about Madison Avenue ad executives in 1960. Smoking, drinking, womanizing, totally non PC series. Connor played a reporter in that Mickey Mantle HBO movie years back, he could definitely play early sixties guy.

Connor needs to be on a show where he gets noticed, who the hell is his agent?!

According to Gateworld it's the finale.
 
The Kindred is a 2 part story to air just before the season finale of SGA. It is supposed to be very good. CT says they didn't kill him off yet so we'll get to see more of Michael.

CT is a great actor and sooner or later he will get a good show its only a matter of time. Hopefully SOON!

Boy you aren't kidding. We keep rooting for him, but Hollywood ain't hearing us! Maybe we should start a campaign...

BTW, speaking of Connor getting a good TV show, did you guys know Connor almost got the role of Will in "Will and Grace"? I can't recall what he said was the reason that he didn't get it. :(

At Starbase Indy '04, he told us it was because he hadn't done much more than One Live To Live at that time and he just wasn't well known enough.

He could certainly carry a series now.
