It was my instinct too, but I HIGHLY doubt it. I can't quote the identity per his request, but lemme tell you this: I've been told the source is "very reliable"

Who told me this? If I told you, he'd kill me. Needless to say, 90% chance this is real. Doubtful it's a hoax.

C'mon - we all knew this was gonna happen. Don't try to tell me that you're actually shocked that Braga of all people decided to fall back on his favorite crutch, the Borg. As for the appeasers, maybe you're right. Maybe it will be good. Course I won't be watching it to find out. Of course I haven't watched a single episode yet this season.

Interesting how most crappy episodes of Enterprise are written by the infamous Bermaga. This one 'Regurgitation' bears their mark of evil.

Why don't they shut up and let better writers like Chris Black, John Shiban, Mike Sussman, and Phyllis Strong do their bloody jobs?

I understand what you're saying .... BUT this would just be like a birdhouse held up with fifty-eight 2 x 4s! I hope its not true --- but sheesh! It sounds true.
And its not just "oh, we find the junk left over from First Contact", what the hell is the Enterprise gonna find? Shades of the re-set button? I'm a fan, but this depresses me. I stopped watching Voyager when I got Borged out of my skull.

    *loads shotgun*

    To paraphrase Picard:

    NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
They invade our franchise and we fall back. They destroy 35 year old legacies and we fall back. The line must be drawn HERE! THIS FAR, NO FURTHER! AND WEEEE WILL MAKE THEM PAY FOR WHAT THEY'VE DONE!

B&B. Is there anything they won't do?

I don’t know why everyone’s so surprised; I always thought that it was inevitable that the Borg would appear in Enterprise. But I think that it actually sounds like a good story and a good way to use the Borg.

That doesn’t mean that I’m happy about it, but I’ll judge it once I’ve seen it :borg:

Actually, if handled correctly, this may turn out to be a nice episode.
Not untill I see it, will I unleash my negative thoughts on the idea.

You're a voice of reason. It's still a terrible idea. I sniff grief.

If this is true, I'll watch the episode.
Then I'll decide if they've sunk to the levels which I think they have.
And if so, I shall not watch any new Star Trek until there is a change of producer.

I've been giving Enterprise a stay of execution for a long time. It's poor, but I didn't think it'd get this bad.

Well that's it really isn't it, i suppose if they don't call them Borg and the Borg are less advanced as they appear in Voy etc then it could kind of work since in FC we did see thousands of particals fly off the sphere so...ohh shit, saying that it means that the borg will look exactly like they do in FC  Well....Just have to wait and see how it turns out.

What will they do next? Have Porthos start talking? Have Archer literally turn into a gazelle and bound gracefully around the NX-O1 bridge?

I thought there was no god. Now I know for sure. Are B&B purposefully trying to sink Enterprise or cause a huge riot? Either that, or they truly believe that using the Borg is a kewl idea and exactly what the fans want

    Idiots.

:borg: So they're linking Dark Frontier, First Contact, and, of course, Q-Who together. Now if they could only figure out how to tie in The Motion Picture, we'd be all set!

If there has EVER been any indication that B&B need to go NOW, its this.

    Off with their fucking heads.

I mean WTF?! Do they think that we are this shallow?

    GET A FUCKING LIFE, PEOPLE!!!

Jesus! Does this really matter? You all act like this is one of the signs of the apocalypse or somthing. From a continuity standpoint, there's NOTHING wrong with this premise.

If it bothers you so much, just stop watching and shut up already!

I don't know why (after seeing the overwhelmingly negative response) but I am actually looking forward to this episode, it might actually restore the Borg to their pre Voyager state - don't write the episode off already as it may well turn into one of the highlights of the season. The Borg will be totally indestructable to the humans of this period which could only mean intervention from future guy or another time traveller that is cleaning up the timeline that stems from the events of First Contact.

Just try to forget Voyager for a moment and give the episode a chance. I actually think that the episode is an excellent idea that ties into the events of that film, they should even consider showing the footage from the film itself in the teaser :)

Believe me I am among the first to criticize ENT but I intend to look forward to this episode and will not go pre-judging it, it feels much better than just being pissed off by default. If I am eventually let down by the episode then never mind - it wouldnt be the first time.
