Enemies hit harder, take MUCH more damage and are more likely to flank.

    ^ This.

All enemies scale with your level (significantly more hitpoints and higher damage output), bosses way outscale you, all enemies have Biotic barriers/Kinetic barriers/Armor or even a combination thereof.

Enemies behave more aggressively where applicable, for example shotgun wielding units will move close to you more quickly.

Also, bosses have immunities (for example, Biotic abilities won't affect some of them).

Oh, and the Geth Pulse Rifle becomes available as a drop (though it also drops on Hardcore).

^ Hey, I'm not judging. ;) I got the Platinum trophy in both Uncharted and Uncharted 2 (plus five other games). :p

Very Nice! Sadly I'd never be able to get the full score to unlock on ME1, Thanks to a bunch of errors on my old xbox and xbox live, it thinks i have accomplished achievements, yet it won't give me the score.

I guess I should finally get around to finishing Firewalker since Lair comes out in a few days. I wonder how pissed Liara will be when she finds out my Shephard hooked up with Miranda...

I never romanced Liara in any of my ME1 playthroughs, so I won't have that problem.

I never found Liara to be a very convincing love interest. Even though she was older than Shepard, she came off as being way too young and naive. I have the same issue with Tali in ME2; she's only just barely become an adult, and frankly I see her as more of a little sister type than a potential love interest.

Aw man that sucks, especially since some of the achievements in ME1 were very grindy - even if your Xbox would accept them, you wouldn't want to go for them a second time ;)

For her species wasn't she considered very young still, an adult but barely out of her teens basically ?

^ Yeah, pretty much, "barely more than a child" was the quote IIRC.

Well, some people are into that. Pedobear certainly approves.

Yeah, I meant older in only the chronological sense. Culturally and biologically she was clearly younger than Shepard.

Well, it was either Liara or Ashley, and Ash pissed me off way too much with her non-human bigotry. I did play through the game more than once, of course, but in none of my male-Shep playthroughs did I ever end up with Ash. Go figure that I now regret not having an Ash romance save file to import into ME2.

^My renegade maleshep was far to shallow to care about Ash being a bigot. ;)

From a story POV I think it was a valid choice to have at least one on the human characters with that kind of attitude. The sad fact is that there are otherwise good people around who honestly think like that and I like the fact that Ash wasn't characterised as some idealised "perfect" person with all the right PC thought processes. In a way that's what made Kaiden so dull.

^ Ashley had some real character development in that sense, on of my imported Paragon ME1 saves triggered a Galaxy News report in ME2 about how the late Ashley Williams said something along the lines of "Human, Alien, we're all just animals".

Edit: I just listened to the News bit again. Ashley Williams was the first Human to receive some of the highest military honors by the Turians and Salarians for her sacrifice on Virmire.

    Out there. Thatta way.
^If you talk to Ash enough, you can get her to reconsider her xenophobia. In fact, she'll throw it back in your face in the last mission. I think it's when you decide whether or not to let the council die, or maybe it's when you talk to the guy from Terra Firma.

^ Yup, I think it was at the Battle of the Citadelâ„¢, although my memory is hazy - most of the time, she died on Virmire ;)
