Trip and Travis.. and Porthos! I really enjoyed all of the characters on Enterprise.. except at the beginning when Hoshi whined a bit too much.

That is germane. Riker used the ENT holoprograms so much as chef, that he gained all the weight, more proof that the series was holoprogrammatic.

Archer and Shran: I loved the dynamic between the two.
    Soval.
Trip and T'Pol: a beautiful romance.

My dear friend, this is borderline trolling. Adjust your attitude.

Correction, a potentially beautiful romance. Writers on the show couldn't write a decent romance to save their life.
I also loved Archer and Shran, but Trip and T'pol were my favorites, not because of what they were, but because of what they could have become.

^^ Yeah, if I listed my favorite Enterprise characters, I'd end up putting down a big pile of names too. :) I thought the entire regular cast worked well. Loved Porthos. And the recurring characters--Shran and Soval, Forrest, Degra. Even Silik went out with flair in "Storm Front."

How about your favorite guest characters on Enterprise?

A whole lot of one-time guest characters made a big impression on me. There was that fellow Lorian... :D Also T'Les, Arik Soong, the Klingon doctor Antaak from "Affliction/Divergence," Riann the apothecary from "Civilization," Krem the Ferengi from "Acquisition" (Jeff Combs, 'nuff said), Kolos the Klingon defense lawyer from "Judgment," Gralik from "The Shipment," and Paxton from "Demons/Terra Prime." Just off the top of my head. I'm sure there are others...

Trip and T-Pol Then Phlox, Hoshi and Malcom. More of them would have made the Ent much more intersting and might have given it another season or two.

I liked Trip, Phlox and T'Pol from the mains, and then Shran and Soval. Trip had some good development, and Trinneer played the role like he was born for it or something. Phlox was good, possibly tipping into daft territory a bit too often. T'Pol surprised me - I only catched up on ENT this year, having previously only seen season 1, and I was more interested in her than I thought I ever would be. The Trip/T'Pol relationship could have gone away though, was pretty sick of it in season 4. Shran and Soval came from shaky beginnings to become really cool by series' end.

Trip! Thus the screen name

TPol and Archer next, then Malcolm and Phlox.

Shran and Soval for the guest stars, followed closely by Admiral Forrest :techman:

TATV is an episode of ENT. I liked it and I like that Trip died, they weren't promoted and the speech wasn't given. and that Riker and Troi shone in their roles as the makers of ENT. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the episode, but variegated opinion is what makes discussing Trek interesting.
