Contest: ENTER TV & Media Avatar Contest: Pumpkin Season

Kai "the spy"

So, to do something different for this year's Halloween, this contest is not about horror, the supernatural, or fancy dress. This is all about the pumpkins. Pumpkins in (dramatized) TV, Movies, Comics, Video Games, Book illustrations, etc.. Whether as food or made up as a Jack O'Lantern.

Three entries per user, also as usual entries may not exceed 200x200 pixels and/or 1 Mb data, and needs to be safe for work, obvously.

You didn't say whether sci-fi and fantasy are permitted. Also, since there's no official rule on file size and it's sometimes very difficult to get an animated GIF down to 1 Mb, perhaps the limit could be increased to 2 Mb as in the previous contest.

Thanks for the reminder, I actually did simply forget about this. I'd say overt SF/F is not allowed, but those where it can be interpreted either way (to give an easy yet non-Halloween relevant example, Miracle on 34th Street) are, for the purposes of this contest, not SF/F.

I didn't even realize you increased the file size limit in the previous contest, because the 1 Mb limit is just part of it for me at this point. And I've said when this came up in an earlier contest, I'd be sticking to the rules as we've used them since the last major forum update.
There's also that these animated gifs can tempt you to put up a whole scene or something, I've had this certainly a couple of times, and doubling the file size limit would make this only worse. These are still supposed to be usable as avatars, after all.

Knight Rider might not be far off from what we have today, but when they made the show, it was definitively SF.

Millennium walked the line pretty closely, but is still largely open to Interpretation.

Considering I already allowed my own entry to be a guy in a pumpkin costume, i think it would be very hypocritical of me not allow a bucket modeled after a pumpkin.

Kate Flax wearing a Jack O'Lantern on her head; Mermaids

Is it any surprise that they cast that little actress to play Wednesday Addams next?

Okay, not next, Ricci actually appeared in The Hard Way in-between, but still.

Hey, I'd swear they did a parody where they drew the pumpkin face on the back o Homer Simpson's head. Am I wrong? I know they did the INSERT BRAIN HERE one.
