Damn, that‘s messed up. I‘m still waiting for a bunch of stuff from them I ordered months ago (among them the Cerritos) worth 100 Euro. Does that mean I‘ll never see that stuff delivered?

My condolences to all the subscribers losing this resource for getting your ship fix.

Oh, man, prices are going to skyrocket. Now I am sorry I had not jumped on before.

Good Luck getting your collections filled quickly!

Unfortunately, yes. Bankruptcy means they pay their creditors with whatever cash the generate by selling off their assets. It is usually pennies to the dollar (or whatever the equivalent Pound ratio). Customers are always at the bottom of the list so we don't get anything (refunds, etc.).

edit: Anything from Ben Robinson about this?

Star Trek does *nothing* but hate on me. Oh why do I love it so?

Ben has “liked” a few tweets from people talking about it and wishing staff good luck. But he hasn’t said anything himself.

this news really sucks. Not just for the collectors but for the behind the scenes folks, like Ben.

Now I'm doubly glad my Discoprise arrived this past Sunday.

Wow, what a shame! Eaglemoss makes some terrific ships. I went ahead and ordered an Enterprise C from ebay before the price goes way up. I normally wouldn't, but I figure if I didn't do it now, prices could double and then it would be too far out of reach for me.

It appears so. But the company has applied for administration, so probably a quick wrap-upfor the Trek ship line, and keep the Who line going till the scheduled end at 220.

Not sure how the bankruptcy stuff works. But I would expect the shop will reopen at some point so they can try to burn off the remaining inventory.

Good question. My guess is that you are an unsecured creditor (as am I paying extra on the Who range for the Dalek every 10 issues). Check your rights, but don't hold your breath (if you paid by credit card you should be OK, but different laws apply to debit cards).
Not entirely sure, but I think the legal difference is that a Credit Card is unsecured debt, but a Debit Card is cash via a new method.

I guess I should mention that the editor on the Who range is an old friend and colleague. So not good for him.

That’s a shame. What a bummer. They did a nice job for a long time.

My gut theory is that new bosses took on debt to expand the business, rather than just let a success carry on within its limits.

There is a business theory that a success should expand. This often ends in failures.

This is very disappointing news! Thinking of all their staff at this difficult time…

    Wow, that sucks.
I just got the regular size Enterprise E & C back in May.
That completed my Enterprise Starship collection from TOS through ENTERPRISE to DISCOVERY.
    (plus the XCV version)
All total I have about 45 of their models, mostly the Federation ships with a couple of the more popular alien ones.
    (and a few doubles)
Also got the Spacedock, but never got the K7 station.

Was hoping They would would do another version of the SNW Enterprise but I guess that's a no-go now.

I was also thinking about ordering the DS-9 Station this past weekend, I guess it's a good thing I didn't.
    Oh well...
    :(
