Update: Wrote to Titan about the digital-supplement problems, and they e-mailed me a (secret?) link to where the supplement is officially posted online for subscribers, so problem officially sorted now.
Issue 3 of Star Trek Explorer showed up in my mailbox on June 15th. No digital supplement yet, but it lagged behind the physical copies by a few days last time, so I'm not stressing it yet.
Titan & Diamond Comics have issue 3 officially releasing on the 28th, so I would expect the digital supplement to go out around that date I guess.
A starship, I believe. But now it can be told: I have a new "Khan" story in this issue. First time I've written Khan in seventeen years or so!
Saturday mail delivery in the US is still something I have trouble wrapping my head around! You believe correctly! According to the preview images, it is the Enterprise-A. Or the "Previews Exclusive" version has an artistic rendering of Disco Spock and TWOK-era Spock: But to be entirely honest, I don't know how you would get the exclusive version if you wanted it. The subscriber version is always the regular cover.
I think @Greg Cox’s story in this issue has been the best of the ten magazine stories so far! Spoiler: The other story is… an in universe Captain Proton adventure.
I’m confused. Did @Greg Cox have two stories in or is the Khan one somehow the same as the one that @ryan123450 mentioned? I’d be surprised to see those two come together. EDIT: Sorry my mistake. Didn’t read the text in the actual spoiler tag saying it’s the other story.
According to Titan's site, the second story that @ryan123450 mentioned is by Lisa Klink. https://titan-comics.com/m/104-star-trek-explorer-3/
Got my physical copy in the mail the other day (absolutely loved seeing the Enterprise-A on the front cover), but still haven't received my digital supplement-link. Again. Anyone else currently having this same problem?
So, has the magazine become a "subscription only" publication? I've checked my local Barnes and Noble at lunch and didn't see it on the magazine rack.
I believe the subscription copies go out before the newsstand editions. Issue #3 does not go on sale at bookstores and such until June 29th. (FYI: I saw issue #2 at my local comic-book shop.)
