And the character most viewers thought was the villain behind it all turns out to be the villain behind it all.

Since The Endgame didn't work for NBC's Blacklist replacement, their next attempt is.... Blank Slate.

Special Agent Alexander McCoy is a legend in law enforcement, the agent we all hope is out there, the agent we’d all like to be. The only issue is … he doesn’t actually exist. He’s a ghost, a phantom. So what happens when a man (Matt Passmore from "The Glades") claiming to be Alexander McCoy walks through the door with all of his skills and knowledge, but with an agenda nobody will see coming.

Amir Arison (Aram Mojtabai) and Laura Sohn (Alina Park)
have both left The Blacklist after season 9. The former is taking on the lead role in The Kite Runner on Broadway, but is willing to return to the show as a guest star.

Damn. Aram is my favorite character on this show after Red. If he's willing to do guest spots, then at least he'll hopefully make it back for the series finale (making the assumption that Season 10 is likely going to be the last).

That's not a replacement for The Blacklist. That's a reimagining of Remington Steele. (You young'uns might wanna Google that one...)
