    Wow.
Just so you know, the ship does not have a shuttlebay... Most of the rear is for the Warp nacelle...this may help:
So there is no shuttlebay...it is all stores and equipment, and Main Engineering with the Warp Engine and Impulse assemblies.

If my eyes don't deceive me, are you using Maya, too? Might I ask how you go about with the panel lines, in that case?

    Some more work today,
Worked on the saucer separation mechanism.
Thought about a U shaped saucer sep, with the bridge staying with the star drive section, but didn't like the idea, so went with a Connie neck separation, if you notice the saucer sep line in the neck in previous posts.
So this one is non destructive, so can recombine.
    More soon!

Looks good, and yeah the impulse engines on the saucer section are very Eaves. ;)

I'm getting a lot of Crossfield vibes in some of the angles on the Emmett Till. Which is good, because of love that design. I'll admit though, I love this a lot more!

I have to admit, I was never a fan of the Emmett Till design when I first saw it. This is making me change my mind a little. But on another note, without the second pair of nacelles, it would totally fit the silhouette of the Curiosity-class, don't you think?

It’s growing on me too. Looking forward to driving it in STO if it ever gets there.

I read the scripts for that project ages ago and the ship concept is a little lackluster, other than it going more hard edged due to Federation decline. What it really needed was a complete revamp of Trek combat so it isn't just trading shots and meaningless maneuvers. Something like dogfights, or sub-hunt style long range sensor stealth with warp missiles, or both depending on the engagement range. Fighting those ways would dictate some major changes.

Removed the images from the quote, otherwise this thread would be so cluttered.

But I really love what you did with this design. I can absolutely see this fitting in as something that would work between the 2370's and 2400's. Well done!!!
