What are your top 5 films of the DC Cinematic Universe (currently recognized by WB)?

How different was it? How much time did they add?

 

A fair amount of time, Lois had much more to do and it connected the dots so that Luthor's plan actually made sense.

 

In no particular order.....
MoS, BvS (voted for it, but I ment the Ultimate Edition), Snyder Cut, Shazam! and Wonder Woman.

 

The ones I really enjoy are Man of Steel, Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman 1984 and Birds of Prey. I put Suicide Squad in fifth place for the performances, but it honestly isn't a good movie. Shazam was a better one than that in a lot of ways, but not one I highly enjoyed unfortunately.

Haven't seen The Suicide Squad yet.

Sadly, there are not actually five films in the DCEU I can work up much enthusiasm for. The three best are Wonder Woman, Shazam! and Aquaman. (Haven’t seen The Suicide Squad yet.)

 

I went ahead and added BVS Ultimate Edition as a separate option if you want to distinguish. You can change your vote.

 

I only voted two: Shazam! and Birds of Prey. The rest just aren't that enjoyable for me.

 

Either version is fine with me, as both are excellent superhero films, with the Batman and Superman characters at their best in live action (with the rest of their DCEU adaptations).

 

I don't really count The Suicide Squad as DCEU, but keeping it in because its on the poll, my Top 5 in order:

1. The Suicide Squad (A legitimately great film, one of my favorite DC films ever)

2. Aquaman (A bit long, but very fun and entertaining)

3. Wonder Woman 1 (The best female Superhero movie, even if its sequel is horrible that doesn't make this film bad retroactively for me)

4. Shazam (A better version of Geoff Johns "Shazam" character then he was ever able to make, even if I still count the original comic Captain Marvel as my favorite version of the character)

5. Birds of Prey (I don't like this one nearly as much as the first 4 movies on this list, but its here because its technically better then the remaining DCEU films, and isnt a grimdark Snyder style film).

 

1) Man of Steel (has become my favourite superhero movie of all time—and I’ve seen 99.5% of them)

4) Zack Snyder’s Justice League

5) The Suicide Squad

I’ve enjoyed the others as well (except for the Whedon JL), but these are my top five—with Man of Steel way out in front.
