It took me like 16min to make a decision on this one. It was so close that I almost feel bad vor casting a vote. Well done...
I agree, this was really difficult to choose as they're all so different, yet equally brilliant! Despite the voting causing much nail biting and teeth gnashing, I'm glad so many people entered August's challenge as it's fantastic to see so many different styles and interpretations
On the other hand, I had no problems choosing and it seems (at the time I cast my votes) the majority of other voters had similar opinions. Of course I realize things can flip later, but for me, it was, "Okay, this one and that one!" *CLICK*
As others have mentioned, it was very difficult to narrow this down to just two choices... so many excellent entries! Congratulations to all the entrants, and thank you for sharing your art with us!

Oh, crikey! Thank you everyone who voted for my piece. In fact, thank you to everyone who took part and all those who voted for this, the 200th Art Challenge - we had a lot of interest this month, which is fantastic! Hopefully more people will be encouraged to take part in future challenges. I have an idea for the next challenge: some sort of cosplay-theme - but it may need more time than we have left this month. Let me know what you think about cosplay (if not yourselves, then perhaps a drawing of a Star Trek character cosplaying as someone/thing else?). I'm about to go to bed, so I'll sleep on it and see what you think/decide tomorrow Thanks again, everyone!
Thank you, @Firebird I'm glad you like the cosplay idea, @Tarek71 I've checked with @Michael, and he's okay with the next challenge running through to the end of October as we're already a third of the way through September. I think I'm going to go with a cosplay theme, but it needs to be accessible to as many people as possible, so I'm just going to sleep on a couple of ideas, then I'll post the September/October Art Challenge in the morning (or late tonight for some of you )
