If you're going to revive something, make sure long enough of time has passed for people to actually miss it. The speed with which they wanted to revive Criminal Minds makes the time between CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: Vegas seem less silly.

Yeah, the thing about all these streaming services is that it's easy to forget some of them exist, and they're already competing against some very tough competition, so something like the Punky reboot is only ever going to be a back-drawer thing in someone's mind. And the premise itself is kind of dated even to begin with, with professional photography studios on the decline due to the use of cell phones making it easier and easier to take good photos.
