If you get stuck or have any problems with it drop me a PM as I have worked through many little niggles and problems which can all be resolved.

I got some way through attaching plates to the saucer before I realised I'd put half the escape pods in upside down :o

There's gonna have to be some rapid rework here at Moghtopia Planitia!

Sweet lighting kit. What I most love about the D is the countless illuminated windows on her. These signal vast amounts of people inside happily exploring space together.

So I never received any parts this month and Eaglemoss made no attempt to take money from me. Might have to give them a ring and find out what's gone wrong.

Mine arrived today and I had a similar wait. I think there are shipping problems at the moment because of COVID and delivery drivers isolating when they are pinged by the government health apps? Similar situation to the supermarkets which are struggling with their deliveries too for the same reason?

I know they had an issue with no parts past a certain stage. A lot of people who did the top up offer a couple months or so back had this issue.

The price of a pack of beers, but definitely cheaper than cigarettes…. The magazine is cool to read too!

The magazine has been really good with the deep dives into every episode. I enjoy it a lot and glad we get binders to keep them in. Once everything is done I will have a little "TNG Shrine" area with the ship and binders on top of a bookcase.

That does look really nice. Too bad about some of the little bits of light leakage, but I suspect that's unavoidable based on the architecture of the design with the individual panel pieces.

I have some liquid insulation tape to line the inside with. Apparently when the model is compete the whole thing will pull together to minimise these leaks. I am happy with how it is turned out, but as a perfectionist I will be sealing the leaks from the underside with the said liquid insulation tape. It is malleable so will move with the model as it pulls together. The light leaks are honestly not too bad as it is so far though….

I wish they would give an actual delivery date for when you might get the next parts.

That's Eaglemoss. Communication to their customers has never been their strong suit. That, plus COVID shipping delays out of China (where all this stuff comes from, more's the pity) throws everything into an unpredictable and unreliable tailspin. I haven't gotten a single model shipment since early August, and I'm registered as a subscriber for ALL Trek ships (and BSG). I honestly think they've run out of most of their supply.
