Has BBS tried episode line-by-lines with MST3K-style interruptions?

    No. No. And No.

That sounds like a great thing for one of the lounges.

Well, I tried to have fun with “The Jem’Hadar” by replying with subtle and not-so-subtle fake lines between other people’s copypaste from a transcript (which also made it a parody, ensuring The Trek BBS wasn’t actually hosting a transcript with no Fair Use rationale whatsoever, relying only on the property owners’ usual tolerance in such matters), but other users didn’t seem to like my interference with the ritual. Line-by-line is serious business, and there appears to be something relaxing in simply finding that next line based on someone else’s previous line and pasting it unchanged. (To be fair, I could’ve probably created my own thread, “The Jem’Hadar” between the lines, but it wouldn’t have been nearly as entertaining.)

Lounge mods are here to see you.

    No... not a scheduled appointment.

One of them has brought what looks like... a cricket bat?

It wouldn't work as well in text form. MST3K style riffing is meant to be heard, not read.
