Bird are dinosaurs. The birds we have today are descended from very few select group of birds. There were tons of bird groups that never survived.

I think the worst part, is when he said at the end that was the fourth seal they found like that that day. That was the first one of those I've watched and the seal definitely seems a bit less cooperative than some of the other animals I've seen in that situation. Most of the whales and turtles and ones like that, will just sit still and let them work, and then they'll even go back by afterwards, like they're thanking them.
