Victoria George: born July 15 1939

And I couldn't find anything on Libby Erwin...or uncredited folk like Joan Webster, Joe Paz or Russ Peek.

Jon Cavett, credited as a guard in "The Devil in the Dark", was born 1940, died 2011. Still can't figure out who George E. Allen even is, Engineer #1, character or actor, from the same ep.

I always thought the engineer number one was the guy helping Scotty with the circulating pump. But if it was they must have cut his lines because he doesn't say anything in the episode.

I ageee that Scott's assistant best fits the description, but he didn't appear in the scenes Allen was present for.
See the second section on his talk page.
Per a recently discovered call sheet with Allen listed on it, cross referenced with the script, there are 5 "for sure" unidentified actors. Only one is especially "visible", but there is nothing in the script that indicates that any one character was for sure Engineer #1 or that anything was cut.

Also, I'm fairly confident that I found Professor Starnes actor James Wellman b. 1930 d. 1999.

There is a thread at a Twilight Zone website that also tracks all the actors who performed on the original Twilight Zone and James Wellman also appeared uncredited in the episode "To Serve Man" -- and that thread also shows that James Wellman has died.

Here is a link to the thread at the Twilight Zone website forum that tracks all of the actors that appeared in case anyone is interested. And as I stated in another thread at least 96 actors from the original Twilight Zone appeared in various Star Trek Productions.

Well shoot, Im glad I can confirm the accuracy of my results for Wellman, but I could have saved a lot of wasted time doing it had I know about that list before. Oh well.

I apologize. I had forgotten there were any names on that list that had not already been listed in this thread until you mentioned Wellman.
As for your list - I know of no other actors besides those on your list.
11 of those had spoken lines and were credited. 5 were credited by they had no lines or their lines were cut and the rest must have been extras or stunt people.

It's cool. Evidently their list is also of credited folk because Irene Sale was also uncredited in the TZ but not on that list.

I did manage to find Joe Paz afterall, b. 11/6/23 d. 3/2/02. He had a couple closeups in Season 2.

I found Jim Spencer (b. 1940 d. 2010)...he was right under our noses, as it stated outright in his obituary he was in that episode as well as an episode of gilligan's island.

James Oswald Spencer, 70, of Newport, Ore. and Fountain Hills, Ariz., died on Dec. 28, 2010 in a traffic accident near Williams, Calif., while en route to his Arizona home.

He was born James Spencer Oswald on Sept. 22, 1940 to James Stuart Oswald and Lorraine Long Oswald in Arizona. He attended Van Nuys High School in Van Nuys, Calif. and Santa Monica City College in Santa Monica, Calif., where he majored in photography, a lifelong passion and career.

At 17, he managed Van Nuys Car Wash and was also a skilled carpenter who did work making room additions to houses, some for celebrity clients. He was in the Army Special Forces from 1962-64. He changed his name to James Spencer when he was briefly a model and actor. Among his roles was an appearance in Tomorrow is Yesterday, a 1967 episode of the original Star Trek, where he played an air policeman, and he played Astronaut Ryan on Gilligan’s Island in the Splashdown episode.

For more than 48 years, he provided innovative and imaginative photography for clients around the world with his company Creative Directions (www.creative-directions.net). Motorola, Texaco and AT&T were among his countless clients. He also specialized in corporate and personal portraits. His photos of the Oregon coast, Yaquina Lighthouses (www.yaquinalights.org) and White Sands National Monument, N.M. remain popular among visitors. He also taught several workshops in photography in White Sands.

In 2006, he married Ingrid Lila Fili in Las Vegas, Nev.

He enjoyed working on and riding motorcycles. He spent a great deal of time renovating his homes and doting on his dog, Mischa. His great sense of humor, contagious laughter and love of life made him many devoted friends.
    [...]

His wife, Ingrid, suffered serious injuries in the accident and is being treated at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. His funeral arrangements will be made pending her recovery.

I was a big fan of 'The Mod Squad' and thought his character was the coolest dude ever. His character on DSN was one of the best. God, how I'll miss him.

    Digging back here, Dick Cherney.

So IMDB is partially correct, his birthday is 6 Nov 1914, but he was born in the Ukraine, not Wisconsin.

I found a death date from a family member, but I cannot independently confirm it, of
October 21 2017, meaning he died just 2 wks, 2 dys shy of 103.
