But Luke is talking about Old Ben Kenobi, who as far as he knows is a completely different, and alive, person.
I interpreted it as Obi-Wan and Luke were casually acquainted, but didn't know each other formally. Likely they bumped into each other occasionally at Tosche Station and might have said the occasional "Hello Luke" "Hey Ben" as they passed each other.
That's kind of how I interpreted it as well. Kenobi is the kind but weird old guy up the street who keeps to himself. I like to imagine Obi-Wan is kind of torn on Luke, always strangely on hand when Luke might need him and seeming like he'd be willing to open up to the kid, but then suddenly distancing himself from him without any comment or explanation.
Ben was the old guy down the street who waves to you when he's out mowing the lawn while heading over to the Darklighters' for some shmup action
Someone posted a Tik Tok video of a drive through the Obi-Wan Kenobi set, and it also made it's way to Twitter. None of what we see really stands out, beyond just looking like our standard Tatooine buildings.

https://old.reddit.com/r/StarWarsLe...es_ingram_training_with_a_lightsaber_for_the/ I'm hoping she plays an inquisitor. We're yet to see one in live action.
We've gotten Inquisitors in comics, games, and animation so far, so it would be nice to finally get one live action. Not sure if we've gotten any in the novels or short stories.
The Sixth Brother featured in the novel Ahsoka. I don't know if any of them have shown up in any short stories. As far as I can tell, we're still yet to have seen a First, Third, or Fourth Sister/Brother among the Inquisitors (assuming the Grand Inquisitor is his own thing and isn't included among the numbered Inquisitors) so if one shows up in Obi-Wan Kenobi they'll presumably be one of those.
Assuming the Grand Inquisitor isn't the "First", then First Sister had damn well better be Barriss Offee or I'm going to be very disappointed.
Honestly, I go back and forth on Barriss Offee as an Inquisitor. Right now I'm rather opposed to the notion. Yes, she instigated a murder and a bombing that killed and injured dozens, committed another murder by her own hands, framed a friend for all of it and took a fancy to red blades...but all of that was motivated *against* the Republic becoming the Empire. I just have a hard time seeing her going along with it, or indeed Vader even wanting her. I'd much rather see Barris get a redemption story than just become some two dimensional Ventress knock-off, and since we got Seventh Sister and not her, I rather suspect Filoni has a similar mindset. Or at the very least a more specific story in mind for her.
