So, I guess this thread is now "the new, NEW uniforms!" ?

 

The more uniforms the better, I say.

 

I noticed this last season and kept thinking: "oh they should change these", only to see it verbalized by Gersha during the panel, then surprise! New unis.

I love seeing the colors. I had a feeling that what we saw at the end of S3 wouldn’t stick. I love the new look.

 

The new uniforms definitely look more like a futuristic version of TNG era uniforms than what they were wearing in the 32nd century last year. Also- I was just thinking the other day that Detmer should probably have her appliance updated with future tech and -voila!

 

Really like the look of these the red has real TWOK vibes and finally I can actually tell what department the Disco crew are and I know we have been through this already but I think it is important that the uniforms stand out as Trek IRL and these really do that. My only complaint is that between the 23rd and 32nd century Starfleet still cant find a tailor who can cut a symmetrical uniform

 

I think I disliked the TNG uniforms for that reason. These are more tolerable, but the collars...

 

Uniforms considered for season 3

 

Boring... The ones they wound up with are far better-looking. Glad they went with those. The 32nd century needs some color.

 

I'm thinking Detmer and her colleagues on the other duty shifts should still be wearing red.

That complaint aside, I'm fine with this version.

 

I like these new uniforms. The same design but now with clear division colors. Good change!

Love the dark maroon red .. Still don't like that collar front piece ... Looks tacked on and I dispise tacked on.. Owell.
Big improvement over the business suits.

 

It's her look. Like Geordie's VISOR or Kira's earring. Might be some tech the tech reason she can't get rid of it.
