In any case, "rumor" would be an odd way to describe what they write there, quotation marks and all, even if it's far from clear whether they are directly quoting Fuller there, or quoting Eaves telling what Fuller told him.

Of course, a fuller Fuller disclosure on what the heck happened would be interesting at some point. Although in my case chiefly from the in-universe-that-wasn't angle, that is, what the heck was supposed to happen in the original take on the first season events and characters.

I'd expect shuttles aboard Voyager-J to be named for previous captains of earlier Starships Voyager. Including Kathryn Janeway.

That would be good. Harry put up with a lot for seven years.

No, they're already honoring those captains with the suffix letter.

Which is why there will never be a Voyager-K.

A Janeway class vessel, eh? I'd expect that to be powered by coffee, at the very least.

Apart from the pylons, how it is different from the TOS-E?

No spherical structures on the backs of the nacelles and a shorter neck.

Fair point and I also see that the backs of the nacelles are also slightly narrower (like the DSC-E).
The rest of the ship, though?

About the same. I can't see any differences than the ones we've already mentioned.

Those weren't there in 'The Cage' and in any other episode that reuses those shots/model, which is why the DSC Connie doesn't have them.

Eaves earlier concepts still had the spheres, but it was pointed out by his supervisor that The Cage model didn't have them, so he removed them. This is according to, I believe, the Eaglemoss booklet.
