Oh god, David Mack gets to write the final book in the Trilogy? End of the litverse as we know it? He's gonna kill everyone.

By the way, who do we have to bribe to get a chance to get smoked in this series?

Good point. Man, I would love to go down with the ship. I’ve devoted countless hours with my website to my love of the Litverse. Seeing a Williams get toasted as it all burns down would be an amazing thing!

Personally, I'm hoping for an 'Admiral Trek "TrekLit Board" BBS'.

Maybe we should create a poll and ask: who'll make it out alive?

There is only one bet sure and certain.
And now I know which song to look for in my collection. Because I now know that I have it.
    Thank you for that, David.

Morn as a secret DTI agent would be an intriguing storyline. He's always quiet on screen because he's trying to figure out which timeline he's in. That would also explain why he's always at the bar. With all the temporal shenanigans, he'd need a drink or two.

I just started A Time To Kill last night. I don’t know how this hate crime will tie in to Star Trek, but Grisham’s a pretty good author, I’ll give him a chance.

Just kidding, but I am in the middle of the A Time To... series. I haven’t read the vast majority of the post-Nemesis stuff, really only Destiny and a couple of Typhon Pact books maybe a decade ago, so I have A LOT to read by September.

Why assume a bloodbath? I've no doubt there will be loss and sacrifice, and a raising of the stakes, but I can see a different, more sentimental direction taken as well.

Perhaps not a bloodbath, but I assume that everyone we've come to know will be reset to a point before the novelverse started.

Oh! Prediction time! They will do it knowingly and deliberately.

    ... I wonder what'll happen to T'Ryssa Chen

For all we know it'll be self contained endings to dangling plot threads with a brief mention that someone once saw another timeline where the Borg never invaded and Picard had retired to his vineyard.

I think whatever they do, it won't be the standard Crisis on Infinite Earths style apocalypse crossover event.

Just a reminder we need to keep the ideas vague and general, so we don't get to close to story ideas. We don't want to get to close and make the guys to have to trash the whole thing.

Coda sounds good. It’s the shame it’s the end since I don’t really like the new continuity.
