If its Star Trek related, its the rightful IP of CBS. Ask Gabe Koerner about his Enterprise design: He made it but he has no rights to it.

The Vesta class design was licenced (rented?) to CBS/Pocket Books to use on their book covers, it isn't owned by them.

Cryptic Studios also had to negotiate with the original artist to use it in STO, because CBS didn't own the rights to it. I imagine Eaglemoss had to do the same thing.

That reason might also be why you can't use STO's 3D print option to buy a model of it.

Now the idea of there being a class called Vesta, and the ship in that class called Aventine is most likely owned by CBS, but the actual design of said ship isn't.

Doesn't look like they put a bridge window on the Titan. There are windows on the bridge module, but none seem to be a 'view' screen. Just other rooms, the same ones on the existing novel design.

There are tons of fan-made Star Trek designs that aren’t owned by CBS. In this case, they paid the designer to use the design for their works, but it’s not theirs.

I really liked the "do not obey" sign with the starfleet delta on Landru. That was a nice touch.

The TNG/TMP theme played during the Titan battle, I think is the one from the movies, not the TV series.

Yeah, I think it's parts from "Life is a Dream" from the end of the TFF soundtrack.

They both used a lot of the same musical cues and notes.

Yeah, the TFF end credits music formed the basis for the closing themes of not only FC but INS and NEM.

I still don't care a single bit for the lower crew members, they are just annoying. The senior staff seems a lot more worth it, I just hope that Shaxs isn't really dead.

excellent ending! a lot of great things happened! I liked that brad managed to fulfill his dream!

Seeing the Titan was something wonderful I wish with all my soul that we have a show!

and she also wants to say goodbye to shaxs, rest in peace, now you are with the prophets.

it would be great if the new security chief is the Andorian we saw in the secret mission
