Endgame credits with Doctors and companions tribute

I was going to post this in the Whovian Whumor thread but I decided this is too good to be subjugated there. Plus, it's less humor and more full-blown tribute. Taken from the Avengers: Endgame credits sequence, itself inspired by Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.



I love who is included in the With section, which gives those particular people special status that they were worthy of.

Sadly, no love for Adrienne Hill, Jean Marsh, Gerald Flood, Daphne Ashbrook, and Bruno Langley, even in the big stacks of names section.

 

Was almost going to post this too when I saw it. Pretty epic. I saw a Star Wars version floating around too but IMO this was done way better.
We really need more multi Doctor stories.

 

Almost great... if it weren't for the loving middle finger to Paul McGann, that is.

 

I don't see it as a middle finger. He's placed in a highlighted position with The War Doctor because McGann only played him the one time (plus the mini).

 

They managed to spell Pertwee's name wrong, despite it being right there in the signature.

 

I dunno, I don't see why he couldn't have been in the main cast.

 

Yeah, that's an unfortunate mistake. The only real blemish of the whole thing for me.

I don't know what else to say. To me, it makes sense and not really an insult.
