Robert Redford's The Conspirator, which every time I see my DVD copy out of the corner of my eye, I see it as "The Constipator"

The Lathe of Heaven (1979 PBS TV movie)... special effects are VERY dated, but the story and the acting, top shelf! (one of the jewels in my DVD collection)
