The Ferengi are the worst species in Star Trek, and possibly in any sci-fi universe ever created. They have no redeeming qualities, and do not even offer much in the way of comic relief.

What I'm really looking for is an episode where the Ferengi get absolutely annihilated – whether it's one of their cruisers being destroyed or several Ferengi losing their lives in a firefight. As long as Ferengi are dying en masse, I'm game.

I have seen all of TNG, the first season of DS9, and only a few episodes of Voyager. Can you tell me if there's an episode coming up that may meet my needs?

you could watch ds9 siege to get your satisfaction from watching a boy getting his leg shot off, then watch the paper moon sequel to see him suffer, and maybe by the end you'll have learned something you didn't expect...

I suppose you could watch the DS9 MU episodes. Other than that, Ferengi don't really die a lot.

In the bad Ferengi episodes they're insufferable, but in some episodes where they provide a capitalist counterargument to Federation utopianism they're entertaining.

That would be the Romulans. The Ferengi were a departure from what was seen before and interesting owing to that.
Quark was often the most insightful character on DS9.

No redeeming qualities? What about Ishka, Rom, Nog? As said, Quark and even Zek grow over the years, the very definition of redemption. I mean, I guess if you've only seen TNG, this makes sense, as the show primarily dealt with an overzealous Ferengi military and occasional pirate. But what about Doctor Reyga in "Suspicions"? What about Bok's crew in both of his episodes, that neatly (almost) bookend TNG Ferengi appearances, balking at his insane machinations?

DS9 gave us a much more rounded look at Ferengi society/culture/etc., since they completely abandoned the militaristic privateer depiction that dominated in TNG. I like to think that the TNG Ferengi were a particular faction within the Ferengi Alliance that was more active in the areas where the Enterprise was exploring, and for some reason they just weren't involved in the Ferengi dealings with DS9.

Yar knows how to take care of the Ferengi. She stands right up to those little trolls in "The Last Outpost".
