"What you call genocide, I call a day's work!" Marritza posing as Gul Darheel to Kira.

Don't know if I'd call this one good or bad. I doubt an actual "genociderer" would ever say this, so if Gul Dukat would have said this I'd have thought of this line as unequivocally bad. Now that someone pretending to be one says it and by saying it pushes his act just slightly too far, it might actually be a good line.

    "Especially the lies."
    Garak, "THE WIRE"

"It appears we have lost our sex appeal, Captain."
    Tuvok, "ELOGIUM"

"We have to out-Ferengi... the Ferengi."
    Captain Janeway, "FALSE PROFITS"

The good... the bad... the cheesy. I'll let you all figure out which line belongs to which. And yes, one is good, one is bad, and is cheesy. (As someone who enjoys cheese on every level, it's a good thing for me. :) )

Brain and brain! What is brain?

    We reach.

Sir, there's a multi-legged creature crawling on your shoulder.

    Picard and Dathon at El-Adrel.

Your blood will paint the way to the future.

I am programmed in multiple techniques, a broad variety of pleasuring.

    NO KILL I

Risk. Risk is our business. That's what the starship is all about. That's why we're aboard her.*

Genius doesn't work on an assembly line basis. Did Einstein, Kazanga, or Sitar of Vulcan produce new and revolutionary theories on a regular schedule? You can't simply say, today I will be brilliant. No matter how long it took, he came out with multitronics, the M-5.*

    Fire everything!

    * - I get carried away. These one-liners are so good, they naturally lead to a fuller quote. :alienblush:

The one line in Star Trek: Generations that stands head & shoulders above the rest of the screenplay: "Time is the fire in which we burn."

I wish they'd ditched the rest and just started over from that line.

The first one's the good, the last is the bad, and the middle is hilarious

Even allowing for the propensity for technobabble from TNG onwards, the 'warp particles' from the Voyager episode "Parallax" were cheesy!

Do you still sing songs of the Great Tribble Hunt?

    It’s fake!

Maybe you should talk to Worf again.

From Voyager's Time and Again, the Dr. says this: "It seems I've found myself on a voyage of the damned". I love this, it's not so much what he says, but the way he says it.

From Someone To Watch Over Me, "There is no one on deck 9, section 12 who doesn't know when you are having intimate relations".

I was about to say that isn't even the cheesiest line in the film (though, possibly the worst).

This is the one I always think of from first contact.

There's a Picard line from "Q Who" I've always loved:

To learn about you is, frankly, provocative. But you're next of kin to chaos.
