With word that the Hawkeye series will feature him training Kate Bishop, I wonder if a Young Avengers could be in phase 5 either as a moviev or tv series.

I think anyone expecting things to move slower than the 4 years between IM and Avengers is in for disappointment. They're slowing things down in relation to recent events, not in relation to ten years ago when they only released six films in four years. The sheer number of films is still going to push things forward.

Yeah, I think it's safe to say they'll keep up the pace in terms of how much content they'll put out on the big screen, but at the same time I doubt we'll get them setting up the next big overarching story for quite some time.
Phase 4 looks much more like it's going to be character focused, with little bit of post snap'n'blip world building.

If I had to guess, the next big "event" 1) won't be some other huge cosmic threat from space and 2) will be over and done withing the course of phase 5 and 3) that event will basically be "House of M", only Wanda creates mutants out of nowhere and when it's all said and done, said mutants stick around.

After that, who knows? Secret Wars seems like the most obvious choice, perhaps a little too obvious (and really, there's like, really only one movie's worth of story in that.) 'World War Hulk' and ''Secret Invasion" don't seem to fit with the MCU's current state, so I doubt it. I could however see them sort of smoosh together 'AvsX' and 'Second Coming' as a way of introducing the MCU's version of the X-Men.

I like the reverse "House of M" idea as a means to introduce mutants. I think it's a better one than bringing them through the multiverse which seems to be the prevailing theory right now.

Yeah, that actually is a pretty cool idea.
Does Wanda Maximoff's presence in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, mean that they are going actually treat her powers as magic now? At this point they've pretty much just been treating them as general telekinesis and telepathy.

So, those Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany are going to be a part of Wanda/Vision but only Elizabeth Olsen is going to be in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness?

It makes me wonder if Vision's being "Coulson'd", alive on TV but never to be acknowledged in the theaters?

Nightmare was, in fact, the villain in the very first Doctor Strange comic. I would say Strange's big 3 villains are Nightmare, Mordo and Dormammu.

Unlikely, since the new shows are made by the movie division and will tie more directly into the movies.

Do we know when WandaVision is set? Maybe Vision only appears in flashback portions, or something.

I've been hoping for Nightmare since the first film was announced so naturally I'm hoping he is in fact the villain for this film.

My thought is that the events of Multiverse of Madness will directly set-up the situation in WandaVision.

Feige has repeatedly said that the Diseny+ shows will have direct connections to the films so I seriously doubt Vision is going to be "Coulson'd."

Or in her imagination, or some remnant of his spirit echoing across multiverses, etc.

In addition to undoing the Snap, the MCU has already revived Loki and Gamora from the Infinity War casualty list. Fully reviving Vision also might start to get ridiculous.

Yeah, that is the impression Feige gave at Comic-Con. My thought is merely my own preconceived notion prior to that announcement. I guess only time will tell.

My guess is she'll learn magic in her miniseries.

I get the impression that the tv show will largely take place in Wanda's head. So her appearance in DS is probably what she does after whatever revelations that experience leads her to.

Given the typeface and the music choice they used for the WandaVision announcment at SDCC, I suspect the show will be some combination of this run of Vision comics and this plotline from 'House of M'. Basically 'Pleasantville' with witchcraft and androids.

I'm curious to see if in the movie Wanda will be sort of apprenticing to Strange in order to better control her raw power, or if she'll already have gone off the deep end and be one of the main antagonists. I mean seriously, how many Marvel comic stories are based around the "and then Wanda lost her shit" trope? ;)
