Lol - after reading the Axamoniitor attorney's response, I'd have to say Alec Peters (the "Lawyer by Training") just got some MORE 'training' as to how libel and slander laws actually work in the U.S. and may find out personally how SLAP statutes work too.

 

Carlos also has the advantage of being a reporter with sources to back up his stories.
