^I used to. But I've developed the habit to always ask myself first: do I really need this or at least want it very much? Do I have enough space for this? After paying for rent, electricity, food, insurances and a certain sum for emergencies, is there enough money in my account to buy this? Only if I can answer all three in the affermative, I buy it Saves a lot of money and clutter.

indeed. local time is 15:35. Just one hour to go. Prob is: I'm dead scared of dentists as a species, even though this particular specimen is rather nice. I'm not sure if afterwards I'll go straight to bed or stay up valiantly and go to my knitting circle in the evening. Depends on how many miles my frayed nerve ends stick out around me afterwards

Some asshat stole a one-of-a-kind odd plant that grew orange flowers, from a local park that barely can get flowers growing before they're mowed down in the main area where the flowers grow. So, this plant was outside that area and I was watering it. The jackass literally dug it up and took it with them. It should be legal to taser some people.

Speaking of the chatty one. It’s just him and me tonight. He went to bed an hour ago and did something new. Dreaming out loud he called it, ffs. When I finally thought he’d nodded off, I heard him get out of bed and go to the bathroom, where he immediately struck up a conversation with me. We’re not even on the same floor.
^^ LOL naah, my dentist is rather different, fortunately. But his mom works in the office and it takes her longer to make an appointment than it does him to repair a tooth. She's a bit at odds with computers, it appears. Eerily, she does indeed resemble the mom of that dentist in the clip. I decided to play truant on my knitting club meeting yesterday. And today I discovered that the meeting ia actually today. I could have sworn yesterday was Thursday (wishful thinking, propably). @Butters: that sounds rather annoying. How about a few drops of valerian or some other trusty sleeping draft in the chatty one's nightcap? Today's argh-moment is only small: I hate it when people try to be helpful and in doing that get terribly in your way. Some well-meaning colleague parked my car backwards. The idea was propably that then I could drive out forward which is indeed easier. However, I have tons of equipment and therefore need the car's trunk to be accessible, not backed up against a wall. (smaller argh: migraine for the 3rd day)

When I was a kid, a brother of mine a little older was a sleepwalker but I think it was just a pretext to go drink from the fridge in the middle of the night. He was a sloppy sleepwalker though as he would drink directly from the juice carton and leave it on the kitchen table. Our dad eventually caught on and sent him to boarding school to learn some manners. When he came back my bro was cured of his sleepwalking and never relapsed.
Haven’t sat in a pub with my best mate and beer since about October. When we finally get our shit together and arrange a pint the bastard railway balls’ it up. Power surge, power lines damaged, no trains. Fuckety fuck. I will have my night out.
