Seriously, who voted 1? I mean, really? A 1? I can see not liking it, and it not being your thing, but a 1? Seriously that’s pathetic. Shitting on a show others like doesn’t give your life more meaning.

Kind of the reverse...or is it?

Click on the "10 Vote(s)" link. You probably won't be surprised, it's usually the same people who actively shit on it in their posts.

I believe she says "warriors of Kaminar" - so I assumed there were Ba'ul with her.

Confirmation of Burnham's vision of everything going wrong. More than one person saw it so it was going to happen no matter what.

I'm on Page 55 but want to respond so I don't forget. If any one else brought this up, sorry.
The Borg were (supposedly) all destroyed by Captain & Admiral Janeway and crew the day Voyager returned home. There should be no Borg past that date.

Didn't matter if it was risky or not, she had to do it. The suit wouldn't go forwards until she closed the previous loop.

Yup, even the Destiny novels implied Voyager only brought down their transwarp network, the Collective was unharmed.

Trip could fly the Sullban ship fine, it was the cloak that messed with him. Now, the insectoid ship...

So that's why TOS filled the positions with any random asshole.

There are just some people you don't want to keep doing damage as Captains anymore. Such as... Admiral Janeway.

Or...she couldn't drop the door, and they beam her out?

It's the same situation with Spock...IF he really wanted to go with Discovery, the ship could have also easily beamed him aboard like Pike actually did aboard the 1701. Hell, they even make a point of stating the Discovery's shields are down pretty much up to the point it enters the Wormhole.

She was done, what other reason was her to be on the ship at all. If she wanted to get out of there, she probably could have. Escape was not her plan.

Discovery is the only ship with internal beaming ability, used only by Lorca, never after they found him out. It was probably extremely dangerous and something he had added with his influence on the ships construction.

There's no reason to believe any other ship could do it, and not without setting off the torpedo earlier.

I mean it looks like the 2250's fleet lack the ability to lock onto anything inside the hull at all. Discovery doing is was a serious surprise and used by a madman and dropped the minute he was dead.

I don't think the emitter/scanner system is built inside the frame of any other Starfleet vessel. And the torpedo was armed, it could have prevented lock on, or smashed the necessary system on the way through the roof.

Not true...go rewatch TOS S3 - "The Day of the Dove" (Spock specifically states it's not impossible, just that it's rarely been tried because it IS dangerous - however he's talking beaming from the transporter chamber to another point in the ship; NOT the reverse - which should be easier...beaming someone inside the ship INTO the Transporter chamber.
    ^^^
And even if it IS dangerous for the person involved either way...at least it's a better chance than say, CERTAIN DEATH. ;)

She didn't ask. Neither did Pike. Maybe not a technical problem, but a human one.

    The missing scene

Admiral Cornwall touches the time crystal and discovers she ends up in a beep beep chair due to delta radiation poisoning at a training exercise. She decides 'I ain't going out like that' and chooses the torpedo option instead......
