This is a forum about Star Trek, a bright vision of the future or just a TV show. In either case, we won't be having discussion of "cures" for LGBTQ+ folk in the future, and when someone points out a simple correction (you wouldn't say 'maled' would you?) it's usually worth taking it on board politely.

    Back to Andorians.

What he does on break isn't anyone's business but his.

Well sure, as long as he comes back from break in a timely fashion. Clearly not the case here.

Pay a tithe to the Orville reference coin jar.

Oh, union as in labour union, not Planetary Union. Never mind.

I'd just like to simply say that Discovery's Andorians aren't a patch on Enterprise's
They had them perfect in Enterprise, and I see no good reason for changing them.
Tellerites I can take or leave, however they look.

We've barely seen them, we don't have enough material to compare them.

According to the actor who plays Gorch the Tellarite, both he and Riley Gilchrist (Season 1's Shukar) were playing different characters this season, so Shukar lives!

The Andorians are relatively faithful. There's alot going on with the extra facial muscles on Shukar and Faux-Shukar's head, but the coloring of the skin and hair and the antennae are perfect. Definitely Andorian in appearance. I won't talk about the voice box. That's another issue.

The Tellarites on the other hand... I had no idea what the hell I was looking at when they first appeared last season.

We've seen enough to know their antennae don't move enough.
