    I wouldn't put it that way. All science fiction is real science fiction. Trek tends to be Science FICTION rather than SCIENCE Fiction.

    While I can't exactly place Star Trek's spot on the vast spectrum of Science Fiction, at least I can say that Michael Rennie was ill the day the earth stood still, but he told us where we stand

    Maybe "real" isn't the right term. However, I personally think there is a difference in the tern "science fiction and "sci-fi".
