Definitively ranking the top 12 sexiest Star Trek characters

...leaving out DSC and DS9 since I haven't seen them, my top 5 in order-

Sisko would likely be there too, but I'll be starting DS9 in a few weeks so I'll see ...

 

There's a current theory making the rounds that the "Prime Timeline" is a third Star Trek timeline, and is not the same as the "Original Timeline" from 1966-2005.

Basically Discovery exists in its own timeline, but Ethan Peck Spock grows into a version of Leonard Nimoy Spock in 2387 (and the 2009 Star Trek, where he is credited as "Spock Prime"), who then goes into the past and creates the Kelvin Timeline. The Original Spock's fate is unknown post-Unification.

I half-jokingly (independently?) came up with this theory about a year ago, based mostly on my hatred of the use of "Prime" everywhere, and posted it a few places, but now it's being used by detractors of Discovery (notably Midnight's Edge) to my shame.

 

Supposedly what the fans mean by prime universe and the way CBS (and Paramount and Bad Robot) use the term are different.

A friend described the non-fan verse to me, but I have to admit I don't completely understand it.

Might have to start substituting prime universe with original universe.

 

I can see how Annorax's wife has the face that launched a thousand temporal incursions.

Original timeline of 1965-2005??? ENT is either part of the Kelvin and DSC reality or is one of it's own! I class the Nimoy Spock as the original and from the TOS universe where as Quinto's Spock is Kelvin and Peck's (if we ever get to see him) as something else entirely!

My understanding is that from a licensing and merchandising point oif view (CBS Television) the Nimoy "prime-Spock" in Star Trek 2009 and Into Darkness isn't the Spock from TOS, TOS movies and TNG.

 

All of the above except for Seven. She's too annoying to be attractive imho.

Being sexy is a little bit complicated thing, physical attraction is not always enough for it. It needs a good mixture of intelligent, character, authenticity, mystery, humor, something animalistic, raw.. so on.. Probably everyone has his or her own definition.

TOS: Captain Kirk, Spock (my first crush), Khan and all the beautiful ladies
ENT: T'Pol, Trip, Shran, Reed, Hoshi
TNG: Ro Laren, Kurn (I never understand the hype for Troi and Picard. They are for me as sexy as a food fungus, at least Picard is a great character played by a magnificent actor, but sexy? No! Maybe he was very old for my taste, as TNG aired. Riker is so easy to have, that kills any kind of attraction imho.)
DS9: Jadzia, Weyoun, General Martok, Keevan, Elim Garak
VOY: Seven of Nine (not always)

 

The old Spock is the same Spock from TOS! I don't care what CBS/Paramount say! It's Nimoy so he's the older version of the one I've watched for the last fifty years!
