Anyone know anywhere I can get some of the old FASA Star Trek ship miniatures? I know of a couple online shops that have a few left in their inventory 20 years later, but I was wondering if anyone on here knew of a source.

eBay is the only place I can think of for such things. There are a large number of non-FASA (fan-made) miniatures there as well, in the same scale, of ships that had been created long after they lost the license.

Hell, with a good mesh, a 3D printer and a healthy stock of generic FASA stands, you can make all kinds of minis.

You might also check out Noble Knight Games, which I've found to be an excellent resource for older, harder to find stuff. They have pretty much all of the FASA modules as well as some miniatures.

I second the recommendation for Noble Night Games. I've bought from them often, and they have excdellent customer service.

I wish FASA was still around.

They are. They're just not organized in the same way they were back then, but I've heard they plan eventually to get back into gaming.

You might want to check out Shapeways. I think I saw some FASA-style ships posted there. Bear in mind that the only minis on Shapways that do not violate copyrights are those listed under the ADB (Star Fleet Battles) shop, but those aren't FASA-style ships (but are in the same 1/3788 scale).

Yeah I loved the FASA designs like the Chandley, Northampton and Klingon D-10 Heavy Cruiser. I heard for some time that the designers of the Star Trek Tactical Combat Simulator were considering releasing a non-Trek starship combat game using that same system.

Yes there are FASA designs on Shapeways, but are not "official" designs, but there are hundreds of them on there which just goes to show how popular this game was.

Yonder newbie bumped a 6-year-old thread. I'm pretty sure the OP has found what he was looking for in that time.

There's a facebook group for the old FASA Star Trek Starship Combat Simulator and a lot of those folks have scads of starship minis.

Yeah loved the FASA ST RPG, and still GM and write campaigns for it. Working on a FASA Romulan campaign at the moment, which I'll hopefully get to play/run one day.

That's fantastic! Unfortuantely the friends I played with are all grown up, and moved far away...lol. So hard to play a tabletop RPG now.

I had to stop regular GM-ing, due to family commitments about ten years ago, with only a very few intermittent game sessions since then. But I still write campaigns in my rare spare time, and brainstorm ideas on RPG forums, in the hope that one day I will get to run a game again.
Call of Cthulhu, Classic Traveller, MERP and (of course) the amazing FASA STTRPG!
