Often the episodes we remember are the ones which, in some way, deviate from the normal formula. Those which stand out are those which shake things up.
I am lead to wonder the opposite - which episode, from the whole of Voyager's run, is the most generic? Which one is most representative of the series overall.
Since this designation will be determined mainly by what a story didn't do, the decision will be made by process of elimination. Everyone is to list an episode which did something that normally doesn't happen. The winner will be the last one standing.
