    Just saw where Alan Bean has passed away. RIP Sir...thank you for your bravery, art and all you did for us.

    A man who served his country well, and also made some beautiful artwork. Definitely a loss.

    Very sad! I remember his Apollo mission well because they fried the TV camera at the very beginning of the moon walk and there was barely any televised footage from the moon, lol That leaves only 4 moon walkers alive: Buzz Aldrin, David Scott, Charles Duke and Jack Schmitt
