My meat eating day are decades in the past, so I don't have any recipes handy, but since they are basically sentient space cows, every recipe dealing with cow meat should do.

I remember Tafelspitz tasting quite good, back when I thought meat tasted good, so, yeah, Kelpian Tafelspitz is what I would cook

What about human? Do you think Kol did anything special with Georgiou? Klingon allspice? A little basil?

Something about that ganglia had me thinking seafood. Looked like shrimp.

When I think ganglia, I think calamari. Fried, or grilled. Yummm.
In a soup ok too I guess.

They should be steamed in the tears born from pity and waste. Tenderise them first by throwing them under a bus.

    Provide Starfleet badges for toothpicks.

BTW, are we 100% sure Burnham ate Saru? They all kinda look the same:

Or am I being scifi-racist for thinking that? J/K :D
But seriously, isn't it funny that Saru is the shortest of the three kelpians presented?
