And his face is going to change again.

You'd think that his partner would keep adding and subtracting faces to Braxton's countenance, until the man looks like a young Sting, but that's just because I am incredibly shallow.

That poor man (Braxton) didn't know if he was coming or going half the time.

Is that what happened to the Doctor's super hot missus?

I forgot about her. I wonder why the Doctor called himself Kenneth? That whole episode was just another example of someone spoiling your fun. B'Elanna was mean in a way.

I can barely imagine what a show based on the "relativity era" would be like.

Favourite Son, Before and After, and Real Life, are three Sequential episodes about extended family.

I prefer Braxton #2. He's much more charismatic than the first.

Then Bruce McGill would have been a tremendous fail, since he was not supposed to be charismatic at all, but a tweaking mess of anxiety and paranoia.

Yes, a successful drug addict does have to be charismatic, if they chose not to use violence to get what they want. Yes, I know mental health is not the same as addiction, but it looks the same after they think millions of spiders are crawling all over their body.

Bruce had a cameo on MacGyver last night. :)

The first Braxton was (opinion) better looking but the second one was more watchable.

Guy, did he play Jack Dalton?

What is your preoccupation with Braxton's face? Surely there are other instances where actors were recast? I can think of a few. Sub-unit Wildman, Alexander son of Worf, Ziyal, and Aunt Vivian. It was a single episode.

Crewman Chell appeared in a first season episode, then came back a second time in a 7th season episode. They were very lucky to be able to get the same actor. Not so for Braxton.

No, the other guy(get it? "Guy"?)

    Sorry, bad joke.

I found more. I've never heard anyone complain about Senator Creetak's face changing, or Neral.

"If anything happens to Porthos, I'll be the one watering their trees!"

..... this is someone you would consider a competent captain?

Bruce McGill was the original Jack Dalton, D-Day in Animal House, God the Bar tender in the final episode of Quantum Leap, and he fought at Sheridan's side when Babylon 5 broke away from Earth.

A logical reply since Porthos was the best member of that crew.

I think, back in the day, I was referring to Enterprise as "The Porthos Show". :)

Regarding actors who played Braxton, I think I prefer Bruce McGill. For some reason, he's just more memorable to me.

After 7 years in the DQ to not having to be accountable only to herself, I wonder if Capt Kathryn Janeway became Vice-Admiral, will not experience difficulty in returning again in the mold of the chain of command... I bet that she will, at least at the beginning. Then afterwards, she will eventually get used but in the same time, I don't see her in a passive role like the one described in the beginning of Endgame (teaching, hidding behind a desk, visiting her friends). Nah it is not in her temperament: Janeway will need to be a decision-maker in her field of competence and not just being a follower!
